Just below the video there is a bunch of pictures and they enlarge and Highlight one hovered over with the mouse,
And every so often an animation of a guy ripping part of the website to Reveal a competition (Usually every 2 minutes, for the first 6 mins approx).

The main advertisement "Zombies Run!" in the top middle of the page has the main interactivity, The Sound is From the music that you can buy and the motion is once again where "Zombies Run!" and you click for the advertisement for the featured games to change in a rolling motion.
